Overview

Helpdesk settings enable you to configure various parameters so that you can define the behaviour of it.

Follow the steps below to open the Helpdesk Settings:

1. Go to the profile section on the top right corner and open Settings.
2. Go to Helpdesk Settings from the sidebar on the Settings homepage.
