Set up Email forwarding

To receive and send Emails via Helpdesk conversations, you must set up Email forwarding from your Email provider to Contlo.


Before setting up your Email provider, you must copy the forwarding Email ID from Contlo. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Marketing Settings > Email, click the ⋮ icon on the verified Sender Emai ID, and select Email forwarding.
  2. On the Email forwarding modal, copy the forwarding Email ID.
  3. Add the forwarding Email in your Email provider settings.
